“I’ve devoted my entire career to high-end residential real estate. Say what you will about this business, but I’ve always found that there’s truth in numbers, and this listing is the real deal,” says Tim. Sprawling across nearly 10 acres between the Atlantic Ocean and Shinnecock Bay, 1320 Meadow Lane is the largest single lot on the ocean in Southampton Village. “We aren’t talking currently for sale, but period,” he notes. In addition to being located on the “sweet spot” of the exclusive, peninsular road, the parcel’s 550-foot width and 750-foot depth are extremely rare for this part of the East End. Its ocean frontage spans 550 feet for epic water views from sunrise to sunset. Spectacular, bay views and deeded bay access for watersports also celebrate what makes living in the Hamptons so special. The serenity here is golden.

The vacant lot’s position along the renowned Meadow Lane provides privacy and distance from public beach access, while being close enough to enjoy local services and hot spots. Its magnificent dunescape further fortifies a sense of protective seclusion, and the dunes’ elevation allows for straight-on ocean views. A piece of land of this magnitude makes the imagination run wild. Tim states, “Of course, there are so many incredible architectural styles to tap into within our region however, we selected this modern, open-air concept by Brazilian architect Leandro Francis as one vision and muse for the property’s endless possibilities. His futuristic design features soaring wings like a bird about to take flight.” Natural light pours through enormous windows that take full advantage of the sweeping water views. The sound of the ocean waves echoes through Cantilevered roofs, brise-soleil and diagonal concrete columns beautifully reflect the work’s signature elements.

Jakarta State-owned construction company PT Pembangunan Perumahan (PTPP) said it has distributed humanitarian assistance for flood victims in Serang, Banten, and quake victims in West Pasaman, West Sumatra.

The assistance for victims in Serang, Banten, was handed over directly by the PTPP’s social and environmental responsibility team (TJSL) and the Banten stadium project team to the Serang city police chief, Adjunct Sen. Coms. Maruli Achilles Hutapea, the company added.

“The company will continue to play an active role in providing assistance to victims of natural disasters,” PTPP corporate secretary Yuyus Juarsa said in a statement released here on Saturday.

The company distributed as many as 500 staple goods packages and one thousand ready-to-eat food packages overall, he informed. According to the plan, the assistance will be distributed through 12 sub-district police units to areas affected by the flood, he said.

The company has provided staple goods, ready-to-eat foods, blankets, milk, and other essentials for victims of the flood in Serang, Banten, through the SOE disaster task force of Banten province, he informed.

The company has provided ready-to-eat foods, staple goods, toiletries and cleaning supplies, mats, mattresses, blankets, and milk for victims of the 6.1-magnitude quake that struck West Pasaman, West Sumatra, recently, he said.

PTTP’s quick assistance provision to disaster victims is in line with the program of the Ministry of State-owned Enterprises (SOEs), namely the ‘SOEs for Indonesia’ program, he added.

“The company expresses its concern over the natural disasters that occurred, namely the flood that occurred in the Serang area, Banten and the earthquake that occurred in West Pasaman, West Sumatra,” he remarked.

PTPP will continue to cooperate and coordinate with various parties to synergize the distribution of assistance to ensure smooth aid disbursal for victims, he said.
