Bangkok: Tip Insurance Public Company Limited has taken a step to support local police by providing raincoats to Thung Maha Mek and Thong Lor Metropolitan Police Stations for use during the rainy season. This initiative aims to assist officers in their duty to manage traffic and ensure public safety.
According to Thai News Agency, the donation was made by Mrs. Wichuda Traitham, Advisor to the Managing Director of Tip Insurance. The raincoats were handed over to the police stations in a bid to aid officers working under challenging weather conditions. Pol. Lt. Col. Prasert Buakaew and Pol. Lt. Col. Suwasan Treelao, Traffic Police Inspectors at Thung Maha Mek and Thong Lor stations respectively, received the donations on behalf of their stations.
Additionally, Pol. Lt. Col. Santit Prayoonrat from the Health Promotion Foundation (ThaiHealth) has supported the initiative by promoting safety and well-being among the officers. This endorsement was made at the Tip Insurance Building, Head Office, located on Rama III Road.
