Thai Government Maintains Vigilance at Thai-Cambodian Border

Bangkok: This morning, the situation in 11 areas across seven provinces remains normal. The Thai government is working to preserve sovereignty and justice in the global community.

According to Thai News Agency, Mr. Jirayu Huangsap, spokesman for the Prime Minister's Office and a member of the Thai-Cambodian Border Situation Administration (TCASA), confirmed that the situation along the Thai-Cambodian border remains stable. The Thai military is maintaining a presence at all 11 strongholds to ensure vigilance and readiness to respond to any potential threats to national sovereignty.

Today, the Royal Thai Armed Forces Headquarters is deploying a temporary observer team (IOT) to Ban Nong Chan and Ban Nong Ya Kaeo in Khok Sung District, Sa Kaeo Province. The mission of this team is to observe and gather facts concerning any encroachments on Thai sovereignty in the area.
