Sino-Thai and HTR Deny Links to Prince International, Threaten Legal Action

Bangkok: Sino-Thai and HTR have issued a statement to clarify their non-involvement with Prince International and expressed readiness to pursue legal action against individuals spreading misleading information. They have dispatched legal representatives to file a defamation complaint against Suphanat and Rakchanok.

According to Thai News Agency, the Corporate Communications Department of Sino-Thai Engineering and Construction Public Company Limited released a statement to address concerns over comments linking a "scam network" to the Sino-Thai Tower Building, which has led to misunderstandings and inflicted damage on the organization. The statement highlighted the widespread public attention and commentary generated by the opening of Prince International Company Limited's location in the Sino-Thai Tower Building, noting that incorrect or partial information has negatively impacted the company's business operations, reputation, and credibility.

Sino-Thai Engineering and Construction Public Company Limited, along with its subsidiary HTR Company Limited, which handles building maintenance, emphasized that they have no direct or indirect involvement with Prince International Company Limited or any illegal activities. The statement sought to protect the company's rights and reputation from distorted information lacking accuracy.

The company has lodged a complaint with investigating officers and reserves the right to pursue further legal action if disseminated comments or information prove inconsistent with facts or violate the company's rights. Sino-Thai expressed willingness to cooperate with relevant agencies to clarify the facts and address public concerns.

Earlier today, reports indicated that Sino-Thai and HTR instructed lawyers to file a complaint at Thonglor Police Station against Mr. Suphanat Meenchainan and Ms. Ratchanok Srinok, members of Bangkok's Prachachon Party, for defamation by advertising and other related offenses tied to accusations of Sino-Thai's involvement in the Stamper network.
