Bangkok: The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) has lifted the "SP" sign on the securities of NR Instant Produce Public Company Limited (NRF). However, investors are advised to carefully study the financial statements before making any investment decisions.
According to Thai News Agency, the lifting of the "SP" sign was announced on October 31, 2025, after NRF submitted its financial statements for the second quarter ending June 30, 2025, via the SET's information disclosure system. Despite this development, investors are urged to meticulously review the amended financial statements for the first quarter of 2025 and the financial statements for the second quarter of 2025 before proceeding with any investments. The auditors have maintained their opinions on the financial statements, highlighting issues similar to those noted in the amended financial statements for the 2024 fiscal year. This includes an incident involving missing inventory in a subsidiary and an adjustment in the cost of goods sold accounting, which does not align with financial reporting standards.
The revised financial statement for the first quarter of 2025 reports an increase in net loss from 188 million baht to 199 million baht, while the second quarter of 2025 shows a net loss of 84 million baht. On October 31, 2025, the SET will implement the normal Ceiling and Floor criteria, the Dynamic Price Band criteria, and the Auto Pause criteria to NRF securities.
