Berlin: The Prime Minister has arrived in Berlin, Germany, to partake in ITB Berlin 2025, the world's largest tourism promotion event, alongside 160 Thai tourism business operators.
According to Thai News Agency, Ms. Paethongtarn Shinawatra, Prime Minister, departed from Suvarnabhumi Airport at 13.10 hrs on Swiss Air, heading to Berlin. The event is scheduled to take place from March 4-6, 2025, and is recognized as a premier platform for global tourism promotion.
The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) has collaborated with 160 Thai tourism business operators from five regions across Thailand to enhance the visibility of Thai tourism on this global stage. The focus is on presenting tourism products and services from a fresh perspective, enhancing the Thai tourism image through the Amazing Thailand brand. The year 2025 has been declared as the 'Amazing Thailand Grand Tourism and Sports Year 2025', emphasizing Sustainable Thailand Soft Power across five categories: business negotiation, partner agencies, Thai charm (Soft Power), tourist cities, and sports tourism.
