Bangkok: Ms. Natthita, known as "Ms. Pepsi Billionaire", has approached the Crime Suppression Division police to file a complaint against former Hmong movie actress Ms. Watanaporn, accusing her of robbery, theft, and defamation. This complaint follows accusations against Ms. Natthita of deceiving people into investment schemes.
According to Thai News Agency, Ms. Natthita, a businesswoman of Hmong descent and owner of four companies specializing in Hmong jewelry and clothing, was accompanied by six Hmong friends dressed in traditional attire when she met with the Investigation Officer of the Crime Suppression Division 4. They aim to counter the previous allegations made against her by Ms. Watanaporn and her associates.
Ms. Pepsi Billionaire has stated that earlier complaints filed against her by the Hmong actress and her group with the Crime Suppression Division have prompted her to take action. She vehemently denies the accusations of fraud and seeks to clear her name by presenting evidence and witnesses to support her case. The allegations against her involved deceiving fellow Hmong individuals into investments, but she claims these are baseless and aims to prove her innocence.
In her current complaint, Ms. Natthita accuses the Hmong actress and her associates of forcibly entering her company premises, stealing assets, and taking crucial documents, including customer lists, balance sheets, and original loan agreements. Although she initially filed a complaint at Wiang Kaen Police Station in Chiang Rai Province on September 2, 2023, the case was classified as a debt collection issue and saw no progress over the past year and eight months. This lack of resolution has driven her to seek justice through the Crime Suppression Division.
Ms. Natthita has also provided video evidence purportedly showing the Hmong movie actress and her group committing robbery and selling the stolen goods. This evidence is intended to support her request for the Crime Suppression Division to take legal action against the accused for robbery, theft, and defamation.
The investigation is currently underway, with investigators having questioned Ms. Pepsi to assess the next steps in the legal process.
