Kamphaeng Phet: The killer of three people, identified as Mr. Siwakorn, also known as Mr. Note, has publicly apologized for the murders, expressing remorse over the incident. He insists that he did not intentionally shoot a child, claiming the gun discharged accidentally during a struggle.
According to Thai News Agency, Mr. Note was taken by investigators from Khlong Khlung Police Station to reenact the crime scene in Kamphaeng Phet Province. During this reenactment, he demonstrated how he used a car cover purchased earlier at a shopping mall in Tambon Tha Makhuea. Mr. Note admitted to the killings but maintained that he did not mean to harm the child, stating the gun went off when the child's mother attempted to seize it from him.
In a detailed account, Mr. Note explained that he retrieved the gun from the car's console to confront Mr. Mai, the deceased, over a financial dispute. The confrontation escalated, resulting in Mr. Mai being shot. Ms. Jaeng, Mr. Mai's wife, intervened, which led to further chaos. As Mr. Note attempted to move Mr. Mai into a car with the help of another suspect, Mr. Khae, Ms. Jang and her son, Sunday, were also forced into the vehicle. A struggle ensued, and Mr. Note claims the gun discharged, killing the boy instantly. In a fit of anger, he then shot Ms. Jang.
After realizing the gravity of his actions, Mr. Note disposed of the gun and the deceased's phone into a pond. He maintains that the initial robbery of Mr. Mai was not his fault and expressed regret for visiting Mr. Mai's house.
Nirut, known as Khe, another suspect in the case, was reportedly in a fragile state during questioning. He recounted that Mr. Note called him multiple times to assist with moving something. Upon arrival, he was shocked to find an injured individual and, fearing for his safety, complied with Mr. Note's instructions to help move the body into a vehicle before fleeing the scene. Due to fear, he refrained from approaching the police.
