Bangkok: Gen. Prawit Wongsuwan has expressed his readiness to continue serving the public after recovering from a recent slip and fall incident.
According to Thai News Agency, Gen. Prawit conveyed his gratitude to former Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra for expressing concern about his health. He assured that he has regained his strength and is prepared to fulfill his duties for the people.
Pol. Lt. Gen. Piya Tawichai, spokesperson for the Palang Pracharath Party, relayed that Gen. Prawit appreciated the support he received from various quarters. This includes concerned citizens, friends, classmates, military commanders, former subordinates, businessmen, and ambassadors from several embassies. Gen. Prawit has confirmed that he is in good health and has resumed his work responsibilities.
