Bueng Kan: The Election Commission invites eligible voters to participate in the upcoming election for the Member of Parliament position for Bueng Kan Province, Constituency 2, which is set to take place on Sunday, March 30, 2025. The election aims to fill the vacant MP position in Bung Kla District, Bueng Khong Long District, and Seka District. Voting will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at designated polling stations.
According to Thai News Agency, voters are required to present appropriate identification documents for voter verification. Acceptable forms of identification include an expired National ID card, passport, driver's license, or any government-issued ID card featuring a photo and national ID number. Additionally, digital forms of identification such as digital ID cards through the ThaID application, online driving licenses, and online disabled person ID cards are also acceptable.
For those unable to vote on the designated election day, the Election Commission provides an option to report their inability to vote. Voters can submit their reasons via the Election Commission's website, www.ect.go.th, or the Smart Vote application. This reporting is available before Election Day, from March 23 to 29, 2025, and after Election Day, from March 31 to April 6, 2025.
