Bangkok: The Cabinet has approved a budget of 2 billion baht to support the Tomorrowland music festival, which will be held in Thailand from 2026 to 2030. The decision marks a significant investment in boosting the country's music and tourism sectors over a five-year period.
According to Thai News Agency, Mr. Jirayu Huangsap, spokesman for the Prime Minister's Office, announced that Tomorrowland has chosen Wisdom Valley in Pattaya as the venue for the festival. The event is a collaboration between the Tourism Authority of Thailand and the copyright holder and is expected to attract over 1 million Thai and international tourists. The anticipated economic impact is projected to exceed 12 billion baht. The Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (TCEB) has conducted a comprehensive feasibility study, aiming to ensure that the festival maximizes its positive effects on the Thai economy and the tourism industry.
