According to Thai News Agency, the 2nd Army Area reported that at 9:20 a.m., the Thai national flag was raised to mark the successful operation. The area had previously been heavily occupied by Cambodian troops. Despite the successful reclamation, tensions remain high as Cambodian forces continue efforts to regain control. Artillery fire has been reported, and there are indications of troop mobilization from the Cambodian side in response to the Thai military's actions.
