Phetchabun: Dozens of brutal teenagers attacked a 39-year-old man with knives. A group of teenagers attacked a man, causing his wrist to break and tendons to be severed. The injured man's girlfriend is still confused as to why they attacked him.
According to Thai News Agency, CCTV footage captured a brawl between a group of more than 10 teenage boys who challenged Mr. Manuchet, 39, who was cooking in his house at the time. The incident occurred in Village 4, Wang Tha Di Subdistrict, Nong Phai District, Phetchabun Province. One of the teenage boys held a long-handled knife and challenged Mr. Manuchet. Mr. Manuchet then tried to run away from the house where the incident occurred, but a group of teenagers rushed in to block his way before a scuffle broke out. After the incident, the teenagers fled on motorcycles. Later, helpful citizens took the injured man to Nong Phai Hospital.
Mr. Manuchet was slashed with a knife, resulting in a severe wound on his right wrist, which fractured the wrist bone and tore the tendons. It is not yet known what caused the group of 10 teenagers to gang up and attack him, causing serious injuries.
From questioning Ms. Latdawan, 37 years old, the girlfriend of the injured man, she said that while she was eating with her boyfriend and he was not well, at that moment, about 9-10 teenagers rode a motorcycle to the front of the house. Without saying anything, they used knives to attack her boyfriend until he was injured. Her boyfriend had nothing to defend himself. She tried to stop him, but in the end, her boyfriend was slashed until his right hand was injured, causing a deep wound until his wrist was almost severed.
