Bangkok: Mr. Sondhi Limthongkul recently organized a luncheon to express gratitude to the volunteers who participated in the reenactment of the tragic incident involving the actress 'Tangmo Pattaratida.' The event took place on January 16 and was spearheaded by Mr. Nawat Itsaragrisil, featuring contributions from Miss Grand beauty queens, teacher Panthep Puapongpan, and Dr. Thawatchai Kanchanarin. It was noted that Mr. Atchariya Ruangrattanapong could not attend as he remains hospitalized following gallstone surgery.
According to Thai News Agency, Mr. Sonthi expressed his readiness to protect the volunteers from any threats that might arise following their participation in the reenactment. He emphasized the importance of observing the actions of the Department of Special Investigation in the coming days. Mr. Sonthi also remarked that the efforts of the volunteers have influenced public perception on social media, leading many to believe that Tangmo's death may not have been accidental. He mentioned plans to pursue legal action against government officials, citing Sections 157 and 200 as the legal basis for this prosecution.
Mr. Nawat Itsaragrisil reaffirmed his commitment to the cause, stating his determination to continue pushing forward with the Tangmo issue. He remarked on his willingness to face any lawsuits head-on, indicating that he would counter-sue if necessary should they prevail in court. Mr. Nawat emphasized that he would not abandon the Tangmo case and is resolved to explore all possible avenues to seek justice.
