Bangkok: Somsak declared that his duties were complete after he went to the Medical Council to clarify and was attacked by a mob.
According to Thai News Agency, Public Health Minister Somsak Thepsuthin explained the 15-minute Medical Council meeting and gave another interview stating that he had given a total of 10 pages of documents, including the law, those with the right to attend the meeting, and the Supreme Administrative Court's verdict, which the legal team and he had explained in terms of punishments. Throughout the meeting, he did not know if all 69 people were present, but he saw many people. The atmosphere was quiet, with only the occasional sound of communication devices. As for the resolution, no matter how it ends, he stated, "we must let it be. I have finished my duty." He emphasized that the matter was not related to political games, asserting that it had ended long ago.
After the interview, Mr. Somsak faced a crowd that shouted at him, with one individual attempting to hit him with a flip-flop but failing as Mr. Somsak got into his car and left.
