Surat thani: The SME Bank is participating in the 11th Thailand Smart Money Surat Thani event, extending a full guarantee amount to support SMEs, exporters, and small businesses interested in acquiring commercial pickup trucks.
According to Thai News Agency, the event witnessed the participation of esteemed officials and industry leaders, including Mr. Sitthikorn Direksunthon from the Small Industry Credit Guarantee Corporation (TCG) and Mr. Suthidet Chuayklai, who welcomed Mr. Bandal Sathirachawan, Deputy Governor of Surat Thani Province, to inaugurate the TCG booth.
The SME Bank established a consulting booth at the event, offering guidance under its "Prompt Guarantee" program, which includes two new projects: the SME Power Trade and Biz loan guarantee program and the SME Micro Biz loan guarantee program. These initiatives collectively provide a 5 billion baht credit limit, with varying guarantees designed to support different business needs. Special features include free guarantee fees for the initial three years and reduced annual payments thereafter, aiming to improve liquidity and ease financial pressures for SMEs.
Moreover, the "Krap Phi Mee Khlang Kham" initiative by the SME Bank seeks to alleviate financial obstacles for businesses needing pickup trucks. This measure offers free guarantee fees for the first three years and a reduced fee thereafter, providing a maximum guarantee of 800,000 baht per case for up to seven years. Applications for this guarantee are open until December 30, 2025.
SME entrepreneurs can engage with these programs by visiting the SME Bank booth at the event or registering through LINE OA: @tcgfirst. The event provides free financial health checks and consultations, offering valuable assistance to business owners.
