Riyadh: 'Pro Jin', the Thai favorite female golfer, made her debut in the first tournament of this year by winning the Ladies European Tour PIF Saudi Ladies International 2025, receiving prize money of over 22 million baht. According to Thai News Agency, the results of the Ladies European Tour golf tournament, PIF Saudi Ladies International 2025, at the Riyadh Golf Club in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, were conclusive on the final day. "Pro Jin" Atthaya Thitikul, a 21-year-old Thai female golfer ranked 4th in the world, showcased her form by adding 3 under par from 5 birdies and 2 bogeys, achieving a total score of 16 under par 200. She defeated Lee Somi from South Korea, who finished 2nd by 4 strokes, securing the championship and receiving prize money of 675,000 US dollars or approximately 22.8 million baht. This victory marks "Pro Jin's" fifth European Tour event win, following the Ladies European Thailand Championship in 2017 and 2019, the Tipsport Czech Ladies Open 2021, and the VP Bank Swiss Ladies Open 2021. "Pro Jin" Atthaya Thitikul, along with "Pro May" Ariya Jutanugarn, "Pro Patty" Paphangkorn Tavatanakit, and "Pro Mo" Moriya Jutanugarn, will travel back to Thailand to prepare for the LPGA Tour golf competition. They are set to participate in the Honda LPGA Thailand 2025 at Siam Country Club Pattaya Old Course in Chonburi Province from February 20-23.
