Privy Councilor Delivers Royal Gifts Amid Escalating Border Tensions in Sisaket Province

Sisaket: The fighting situation along the Sisaket border is more intense than ever, while the Privy Councilor gives royal gifts to the people at the evacuation center. Privy Councilor Plakorn Suwannarat traveled to the evacuees' shelters in Sisaket Province to present royal gifts to the people and inform them of the concerns after hearing news of injuries and deaths. His Majesty is concerned about the people and does not want to see any more injuries or deaths. However, the situation is still not stable and asks the people to stay in the evacuation areas for a while longer.

According to Thai News Agency, nurses from the Faculty of Nursing, Chalermkarnchana University, provided basic health check-ups and performed psychotherapy, as well as handed out supplies to evacuees who had been away from home for the third day. Some of them may have accumulated stress due to the ongoing situation.

Normally, you don't hear the sound of cannons in this evacuation center, which is about 40 kilometers from the border. But today, even at the evacuation center, you can hear the sound of at least 9 cannons at this time.
