Bangkok: OR has launched the new 'blueplus+' application, designed to seamlessly connect brands, services, and consumers within OR's Ecosystem. This initiative is part of OR's Digital Roadmap, aimed at creating experiences that meet every customer's lifestyle.
According to Thai News Agency, Mom Luang Pikthong Thongyai, Chief Executive Officer of PTT Oil and Retail Business Public Company Limited (OR), led the launch of the 'blueplus+' application. The event was attended by Mr. Phakorn Suriyabhivath, Executive Vice President of Digital Business and Solutions, along with other executives from OR and PTT Group.
Mr. Phakorn emphasized that OR views Digital Transformation as more than just technology usage; it is about establishing a new foundation for customer experience. OR has developed a Digital Roadmap to enhance its service system and facilitate seamless connections between brands within OR's Ecosystem. The introduction of the 'blueplus+' application marks a significant milestone in realizing OR's digital strategy.
The blueplus+ application represents a strategic repositioning under the Digital Roadmap. It transforms into a digital platform central to OR's Ecosystem, integrating information, services, and benefits from all group brands. This integration aims to enable OR to understand customers more accurately and provide personalized services, delivering new value in both business and consumer experience dimensions. The application features a modern, user-friendly interface with key features designed around consumer needs, including the Caf© Amazon Rewards system, the PTT Station function, and the blueplus+ wallet for cashless payments.
