Nong Bo Thong Villagers Turn to Inun Vegetable Cultivation for Additional Income


Nong bo thong: Villagers in Nong Bo Thong, Khon Buri District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province, are transforming vacant land next to their homes into thriving Inun vegetable gardens. In just under three months, these efforts have translated into a lucrative venture, with the locals harvesting and selling the produce twice a week, generating between 300-400 baht each time.



According to Thai News Agency, the demand for Inun vegetables has been so high that villagers are now requiring advance orders to keep up with their customers. This innovative approach to utilizing available land has provided a reliable source of supplementary income for the community, demonstrating the potential for small-scale agricultural projects to make a significant economic impact.
