According to Thai News Agency, after Mr. Phumtham Wechayachai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, Mr. Liu Zhongyi, Assistant Minister of the Ministry of Security and Public Affairs of the People's Republic of China, and General Aung Kyaw Kyaw, Deputy Minister of Defense of Myanmar, and their entourage arrived at the Military Airport 2, Wing 6, the three of them shook hands, while Mr. Liu Zhongyi gave Mr. Phumtham a thumbs-up.
Thai media asked Liu Zhongyi if the mission was complete. Liu Zhongyi did not answer but nodded and smiled.
