‘Kana-Victim Who Was Deceived’ Submits Additional Evidence to Press Charges Against ‘Fake High Society’

Bangkok: Kana and victims who were scammed filed a complaint with the Crime Suppression Division police, provided evidence of Line chats, and will prosecute all offenses.

According to Thai News Agency, at the Central Investigation Bureau's complaint center, Palmy, a young woman and restaurant owner who was a victim of the fake "Hot" Hoso, who had been holding back her anger for 8 years, filed a complaint with the Investigation Officer of the Crime Suppression Division 1. She brought information about the impersonation of the monarchy for the police to investigate and take further legal action under Section 112. "Kana", the first victim who filed a complaint under Section 112 yesterday, came to meet the investigator and said she had brought evidence to hand over.

Kana responded to the issue that was mentioned about Khun Pai Lik, clarifying that Phi Pai's messages were a form of encouragement, not romantic interest. She apologized to Phi Pai and emphasized that she did not compare herself to a person of ill repute, viewing Phi Pai as a good-hearted individual. Kana stressed that Phi Pai was not angry and even offered support, contrasting him with the deceptive high-society impersonator. She addressed critics on TikTok, explaining the manipulative tactics of the scammer and urging understanding.

Palmy, the ex-girlfriend of the fraudster, recounted how he initially posed as a customer at her restaurant, eventually infiltrating her life by feigning intimacy and sympathy. Over the months of dating, he deceived her with claims of wealth and status, including owning multiple houses worth millions of baht, which turned out to be lies. Palmy used voice recordings as evidence and revealed the scammer's manipulative behavior, including threats of self-harm to maintain control over her life.

She highlighted the impersonation of the royal family using a fake Line account, portraying himself as someone executing orders smoothly. Palmy lamented that if he had applied his skills positively, his life could have been different. The deception extended to financial exploitation, with the fraudster taking money, gold, and electronics from her. Despite her efforts to gather evidence, the relationship ended after more than a year, with the scammer resorting to theatrical displays of distress to manipulate her.

Palmy expressed relief and gratitude towards Kana for exposing the fraudster, believing that justice would eventually prevail. She remained resolute, feeling no sympathy for the perpetrator, asserting that he brought the consequences upon himself.
