Industry Fair 2025 Set to Boost Economy with Quality Products and Innovative Showcases

Lampang: The Ministry of Industry, in collaboration with the private sector, has announced plans for the highly anticipated Industry Fair 2025, themed "Shop and Enjoy, Walk and Check in Lampang," scheduled from October 2-6, 2025, at the Northern Industrial Exhibition and Convention Center. The event promises to offer quality products at affordable prices, aiming to reduce the cost of living. It will feature a variety of goods including clothing, food, and consumer products from the Sahapat Group and Thai SME entrepreneurs, alongside the Mind Motorshow, which will present attractive car deals. Organizers expect the fair to stimulate over 200 million baht in year-end spending.

According to Thai News Agency, Dr. Nattapol Rangsitpol, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Industry, highlighted the collaboration between public and private sector partners, such as Saha Pathana Inter-Holding Public Company Limited and the Automobile Association of Thailand, in organizing the event. The fair will serve as a market testing platform and expand distribution channels for Thai SMEs and community enterprises. Additionally, it provides factory operators with a direct line to consumers, generating income and building consumer trust in high-quality, fairly-priced Thai products. The event is anticipated to attract over 10,000 visitors, contributing significantly to the national economy.

The 2025 Industrial Fair will span over 4,000 square meters, featuring several zones: 1. The Sahapat Group's consumer goods fair with 52 booths offering household items, children's products, personal care items, food, clothing, and cosmetics at discounted prices. 2. The "Right Car, Right Deal" zone will provide opportunities for purchasing quality vehicles and motorcycles from brands like Toyota, Honda, Isuzu, and Yamaha, complete with special offers. 3. The sales fair zone will showcase products from Thai SMEs and community enterprises, including clothing, accessories, home decor, handicrafts, and ready-to-eat meals. 4. The Innovative Thai Material zone will display creative works using Thai materials.

Ms. Natthaya Netyasupa, Director-General of the Department of Industrial Promotion, noted that the fair is a platform for entrepreneurs in the processed food and automotive industries to enhance their capabilities. By aligning with the D-Prom Community policy and the "4 Gives, 1 Reform" strategy, the event aims to add value to products, boost confidence in Thai brands, and create trade opportunities domestically and internationally. The initiative focuses on promoting the creative economy, strengthening the supply chain, developing skills for future readiness, and fostering fair competition among Thai SMEs.
