Expose Corruption in Military Hospital Medicine

Lopburi: Interrogation of retired soldiers and their families in Lopburi Province revealed that the corruption of medicines and medical supplies did not only occur at the Veterans Hospital, but this network also participated in corruption at other hospitals under the Royal Thai Army.

According to Thai News Agency, the investigation into these allegations has uncovered a widespread network involved in the misappropriation of medical resources. The probe, which initially focused on the Veterans Hospital, has expanded to include several other military medical facilities under the Royal Thai Army.

The revelations came to light following detailed interrogations, which pointed to a systemic issue that affects multiple hospitals. Authorities are now working to identify and apprehend individuals involved in the network, with further investigations expected to reveal more about the extent of the corruption.
