Bangkok: The draft of the Entertainment Complex Business Act has not yet reached the Cabinet meeting, as confirmed by the Secretary-General of the Council of State. The Secretary-General, Mr. Pakorn Nilpraphun, disclosed that while the draft has been sent to the Office of the Cabinet Secretariat, it will not be presented in today's Cabinet meeting.
According to Thai News Agency, Mr. Pakorn addressed the issue surrounding the Department of Special Investigation's (DSI) authority. He noted that the Council of State has not concluded on the DSI's capability to handle cases of alleged collusion in the selection of senators as special cases. The Secretary-General emphasized the need to wait for the forthcoming meeting on March 6 to discuss this matter further.
