Bangkok: Election Commission reveals 22 new voting units for Provincial Administrative Organization (PAO) members and PAO presidents are in order and will allow people to vote again until 5:00 p.m.
According to Thai News Agency, the Election Commission revealed that in the re-voting of Provincial Administrative Organization Council members and Provincial Administrative Organization presidents at 22 units in 11 provinces today, the polling unit committees have already opened the re-voting and have emphasized that the polling unit committees must perform their duties in accordance with the law, regulations, and the manual for election officers at the units strictly so that the re-voting will be smooth at all 22 units.
The Election Commission reiterated that in addition to the national ID card or a card issued by a government agency, voters can also use the DLT QR LICENCE application, the ThaID application, and the Disabled Person Card application as evidence to request the right to vote.
The Election Commission would like to invite eligible voters to come out and vote again for members of the council and the president of the provincial administrative organization from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
