Diplomatic Delegation, Military Attach©, and Media Arrive in Ubon Ratchathani to Investigate Border Issues

Ubon ratchathani: A government spokesman revealed that a group of Thai and foreign diplomats, military attach©s, and media personnel have arrived in Ubon Ratchathani and are preparing to conduct a fact-finding mission on the Thai-Cambodian border.

According to Thai News Agency, at 9:25 a.m., Mr. Jirayu Huangsap, Government Spokesperson and member of the Thai-Cambodian Border Situation Administration (TCASA), revealed that diplomatic representatives and military attaches from 23 countries, along with over 100 Thai and international media members, have arrived in Ubon Ratchathani Province to prepare for a visit to border areas affected by the unrest.

This trip reflects the Thai government's commitment and transparency, which is ready to provide space for foreign diplomats and the media to see the facts for themselves and report them to the international community fairly, without concealment or distortion.

The foreign diplomatic delegation visiting today included ambassadors from three countries: Brunei, Japan, and Myanmar; deputy ambassadors from three countries: Malaysia, Laos, and Indonesia; diplomatic representatives at various levels from five countries: the United States, Singapore, China, Vietnam, and the Philippines; and military attaches from 23 countries: China, Malaysia, the United Kingdom, Pakistan, South Korea, Russia, Singapore, Germany, India, Laos, Canada, France, the United States, the Philippines, Japan, Vietnam, Italy, the Netherlands, Indonesia, Sweden, Switzerland, Brunei, and Turkey.
