Caught Red-Handed, Drunk Man Throwing Rocks and Smashing Villagers’ Cars

Khon Kaen: Khon Kaen City Police arrested a drunk man who used a rock to smash a villager's car, causing damage. Initially, he was charged with 2 counts.

According to Thai News Agency, police from Khon Kaen City Police Station, with the help of good citizens and victims, apprehended a 26-year-old man after he used rocks to damage cars and motorcycles belonging to locals. These vehicles were parked on the side of Leannadi Road, opposite Kaen Nakhon Wittayalai School, when the incident occurred last night.

An examination revealed that the man was heavily intoxicated, rendering him unable to provide a statement. An alcohol test indicated a high level of 158 milligrams percent, although no drugs were detected in his system. Initially, the charges filed against him include 'being drunk or anything and acting disorderly' and 'damaging property'. He was subsequently taken to Khon Kaen City Police Station for further investigation to determine if he has a history of mental illness.
