“Big Aun” Mourns Father and Son, Border Patrol Police Teachers Killed in Bombing

Narathiwat: "Big Aun" mourns father and son, teachers of the Border Patrol Police who died in a bombing in Narathiwat Province, preparing to talk to the National Security Council to learn from the incident and set a solution, expecting to know the solution by the end of this month, not worried about the Prime Minister going down south, already strict about safety.

According to Thai News Agency, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, Mr. Phumtham Vejjayachai, spoke about the case of Ms. Paethongtarn Shinawatra, the Prime Minister, confirming that she will continue to visit the three southern border provinces after the father and son of the Border Patrol Police died from a car bombing incident. He said that the Prime Minister's security officers are already strict in taking care of security. The visit of the Prime Minister and himself is to oversee and set up measures to resolve the violence in the South and to maximize the benefits for the people. However, we must not be careless when visiting the South. Those responsible for this matter must do their best and provide guarantees because the leader of the country is going there himself.

As for the death of the father and son of the Border Patrol Police, the Prime Minister will probably have a message or message of sympathy and encouragement for the military personnel who are the ones who fight and take risks in various places, creating peace and always being at risk of loss. The military will probably not have any problems with these matters because it is their duty to look after and protect the people.

This is an important matter and it is necessary to find a way to solve this problem, especially by talking to the National Security Council (NSC). I would like to review everything that has been done to see if it is good or not, so that lessons can be learned, used to solve problems, or expanded to keep up with the changes. By the end of this month (January), there should be a conclusion on some guidelines that can be put into practice.

While the economic development approach that Prime Minister Paethongtarn will continue with Prime Minister Settha is already the main goal, today I would like politics or conflicts in the country not to be made into issues. What I would like to see in the South right now is peace. I do not want to see violence or loss. Including the economy, society, and education must be promoted to be better. This is the main goal that must be looked at.

After talking with the Malaysian Prime Minister, all parties agreed that they wanted to see peace in the three southern border provinces and joint economic development on both sides.
