Bangchak Announces Oil Price Freeze During Songkran Festival

Bangkok: Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited has announced that it will not increase oil prices during the Songkran Festival, which takes place from April 12 to April 17. However, should global oil prices decrease, Bangchak will adjust its prices accordingly.

According to Thai News Agency, Mr. Seri Anupannan, Senior Executive Vice President of the Marketing Business Group at Bangchak, disclosed that the company is committed to freezing oil prices throughout the Songkran period, regardless of any rise in global oil prices. On the other hand, any decline in global prices will be passed on to consumers.

The company has also made extensive preparations to accommodate travelers during the festival. With more than 420 Bangchak petrol stations offering high-quality petrol products, Inthanin coffee, and EV Charger facilities, Bangchak is ready to support the journeys of individuals visiting relatives or traveling for leisure. The infrastructure includes over 1,200 charging heads and clean restrooms, catering to various needs.

Bangchak Green Miles members can benefit from promotions, such as receiving two free 1.5-liter bottles of drinking water for every 900 baht spent on petrol. Additionally, members can redeem a Sukjai Songkran insurance policy or a Sukjai Songkran Home Safe insurance policy using just 9 points, offering coverage of up to 100,000 baht and 30,000 baht respectively.
