Anutin Confirms Support for Entertainment Complex Act Draft

Bangkok: "Anutin" has no objection to the Entertainment Complex Act draft after the Cabinet gave the green light because they agreed to adjust the concerns. Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, Anutin Charnvirakul, as leader of the Bhumjaithai Party, spoke about the Cabinet's approval of the draft of the Entertainment Complex Business Act B.E. . (Entertainment Complex) and whether the Bhumjaithai Party needs to bring this matter to the party meeting. He said that this matter is a draft that has already been approved by the Cabinet, which has a process that will be submitted to the House of Representatives for consideration. The government has already adjusted the details, such as reducing casinos to 10 percent and the criteria for people who enter to have a minimum income of 50 million baht. The Ministry of Interior did not have any comments. If it is like this, there is no problem.

According to Thai News Agency, when asked about the previous case where it was seen that the Bhumjaithai Party was blocking this law, Mr. Anutin said that we are a coalition party, so we must support the government's policies. We have talked about our concerns, but when that didn't happen, a lot of details were adjusted.
