Bangkok: Anutin Charnvirakul, MP for the party list and leader of the Bhumjaithai Party, is seeking clarification from Nattapong Ruangpanyawut, leader of the Prachachon Party, regarding a proposal to support him as prime minister under specific conditions. The proposal involves forming an interim government in exchange for amending the constitution before dissolving parliament and calling for a new election.
According to Thai News Agency, Anutin expressed his intention to discuss the proposal directly with Nattapong Ruangpanyawut to address inconsistencies in communication. He emphasized the importance of hearing the proposal firsthand before presenting it to the Bhumjaithai Party for further discussion. Anutin assured that his actions will prioritize the country's interests and urged the public not to be concerned, as he aims to fulfill his duties effectively.
