Pathum Thani: The Administrative Court announced that it will take full legal action in the case of a Pol. Col. carrying cheat sheets to the judicial examination, confirming that there are strict measures in place to prevent exam leaks.
According to Thai News Agency, the Administrative Court Office clarified the case of a video clip showing a police officer with the rank of "Pol. Col." bringing a cheat sheet into the examination room for the selection of judges of the Administrative Court of First Instance on March 15. The Administrative Court Office stated that, as per media reports, an applicant for the selection of judges brought documents into the examination room. The selection examination took place at the Thammasat Rangsit Conference Center, Thammasat University, Rangsit Center, Pathum Thani Province on March 15, 68.
It was discovered that a candidate smuggled documents into the examination room, which is a violation of the guidelines set for the written examination. These guidelines were outlined in the announcement of the Administrative Court on February 27, 2025. The smuggled documents consisted of copies of various legal texts, not court rulings or answers to examination questions. Furthermore, to ensure the integrity of the examination process, the examiner issues the examination questions on the day of the examination. Neither the examiner nor the related officers can leave the examination room, and all communication channels are disabled until all candidates have completed the examination.
The Administrative Court emphasized its commitment to enforcing its powers and duties in strict accordance with existing laws and regulations to maintain the integrity of the examination process.
