Bangkok: "Jiraporn" reveals that world-class soft power gurus will join the "THACCA Global Soft Power Talks" event for the first time in Thailand. Invites you to follow via the NBT page on 24 Feb. Ms. Jiraporn Sindhuphrai, Minister attached to the Prime Minister's Office, announced the collaboration between the government, through the National Soft Power Strategy Committee, and Melco Resorts and Entertainment. This partnership aims to organize the "THACCA Global Soft Power Talks," a global soft power forum themed "The New Rules of Soft Power," scheduled for February 24, 2025, at the NBT Building on Vibhavadi Rangsit Road, Bangkok.
According to Thai News Agency, the event will feature a special lecture by Ms. Paethongtarn Shinawatra, Prime Minister, focusing on 'Creating Thailand's Future with Soft Power.' The forum will also bring together top experts in the soft power industry from five fields, marking a first for Thailand. The experts include Alain Ducasse in Culinary Arts and Sciences, Mathieu Lehanneur in Design and Innovation, Viviana Muscettola in Architecture and Urban Development, Giuliano Peparini in Performing Arts and Choreography, and Richard Christiansen in Brand Strategy and Creative Product Development.
Ms. Jiraporn emphasized the significance of the event, stating, "This is the first time in Thailand that 'THACCA Global Soft Power Talks' is being held, which is an important platform where the world's five soft power gurus will gather to share their experiences and suggest paths to success, helping to push Thai soft power to the world level." She extended an invitation to those interested in gaining insights from the five gurus on February 24th, with the event being broadcasted live on Facebook Live NBT-NBT and THACCA from 1:00 p.m. onwards.
