Minister of Public Security Senior Lieutenant General Luong Tam Quang held talks with visiting Commissioner General of the Korean National Police Agency (KNPA) Cho Ji-ho in Hanoi on September 29. Quang expressed his delight at the success of the second Vietnam-Republic of Korea (RoK) police cultural and sport exchange programme, affirming that this is a meaningful activity aimed at fostering understanding, trust, and closer ties between the two police forces through cultural, artistic, and sport exchanges.
