Bangkok: IEEE PES Association joins hands with NSTDA to develop cooperation in the electrical and energy industry. The Triple E Electricity and Energy Association (Thailand) and the Energy Science Society (ESS) have formalized a collaboration aimed at advancing the industrial, electrical, and energy sectors.
According to Thai News Agency, Mr. Vilas Chalaysat, Governor of MEA or Metropolitan Electricity Authority, acting as the President of the Triple E Electrical and Energy Association (Thailand), alongside Mr. Namchai Lawattanatrakul, President of the Energy Academy, signed a memorandum of understanding. This agreement, signed at the Meta Room, Ratchaphruek Club, Lak Si District, Bangkok, focuses on facilitating the exchange of knowledge and fostering cooperation in the electrical and energy industries. The partnership between the Association of Thailand Energy Academy and Triple E Electrical and Energy Association (Thailand) aims to enhance knowledge sharing and personnel development in energy and electricity.
This collaboration is set to bolster academic activities, the electrical industry, and energy business by promoting knowledge exchange, sharing experiences, and developing personnel in energy and electricity. The initiative will also support projects related to electricity, energy conservation, and environmental sustainability. The Triple E Electrical and Energy Association (Thailand) is committed to supporting education and research in engineering, industry, and the electrical and energy business. This includes applying new technologies and organizing academic activities like conferences, exhibitions, and public relations events.
Furthermore, the partnership aims to train personnel related to the electrical and energy industry through the Energy Science Association. By exchanging experiences and spearheading research and innovation in electricity and energy together, the collaboration seeks to create a robust working network between the human resources of both associations. The comprehensive knowledge gained will elevate the electrical and energy industry in Thailand across all dimensions, potentially generating direct and indirect economic value for the country in the future.
