Thanadon to Convene Meeting to Review Pak Chong Sor Por Kor Land Inspection Results

Bangkok: "Thanadon" is set to hold a meeting on February 24th to consolidate the findings of the land inspection in the Pak Chong Sor Por Kor area. The meeting, organized by Mr. Thanadol Suwannarit, Advisor to the Minister of Agriculture and Cooperatives, will involve the participation of several agencies, including the Director-General of the Land Department, to review potential overlapping title deeds issued in the land reform area.

According to Thai News Agency, the meeting will also be attended by the Secretary-General of the Agricultural Land Reform Office. Mr. Thanadol, who also serves as the Chairman of the Working Group on the Investigation and Consideration of Offenses Regarding Land Grantees and Land Owners in the Land Reform Area, announced that the meeting will focus on summarizing the land inspection results. Agencies such as the Department of Special Investigation, the Natural Resources and Environmental Crime Suppression Division, the Anti-Money Laundering Office, and the Department of Lands have been invited to partake in the discussions.

The working group has conducted a thorough investigation into the land usage and the issuance of title deeds for various establishments within the land reform area, including the 'Rancho Charnvee Golf Course,' which is reportedly linked to the family of Mr. Anutin Charnvirakul, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior. The group has gathered comprehensive information, and these findings will be reviewed in the upcoming meeting.

In addition, the House of Representatives' Committee on Administration has requested Mr. Thanadol to present insights on resolving land overlap issues between agricultural land reform areas and other state lands in Lam Takhong and other regions of Pak Chong District on February 26.
