ThaiBev Invests 50 Million Baht to Support 2025 Women’s Volleyball World Championship

Bangkok: Thai Beverage Public Company Limited has announced a significant investment in the Thai volleyball industry, committing 50 million baht to support the 2025 Women's Volleyball World Championship. This marks a milestone as the first major sponsorship by ThaiBev for this prestigious event, reinforcing its long-standing commitment to the development and sustainability of Thai sports.

According to Thai News Agency, ThaiBev has been a steadfast supporter of the Thai volleyball scene for over three decades, contributing to the growth, promotion, and sustainability of the sport in Thailand. The company's belief in fostering sportsmanship underlines its efforts to build a strong foundation for athletes and the broader sports community.

The financial support was officially presented by Mr. Thapana Sirivadhanabhakdi, CEO of Thai Beverage Public Company Limited, to the Volleyball Association of Thailand. The handover event, held at the Park Venture Building, was attended by key figures including Ms. Somporn Chaibangyang, President of the Volleyball Association of Thailand, and Flight Lieutenant Chanarit Wongprasert, Honorary Secretary-General and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Volleyball Association of Thailand.

The event was graced by several notable personalities, including former Thai national volleyball players Ms. Wilawan Apinyapong and Ms. Malika Kanthong, alongside executives from ThaiBev and the Volleyball Association of Thailand. This partnership underscores ThaiBev's dedication to enhancing the profile and success of Thai volleyball on an international stage.
