Bangkok: Thai stocks experienced a downturn as the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) closed at 1,235.76 points, marking a decrease of 6.55 points, or 0.53%, with a trading value of 39,590.96 million baht.
According to Thai News Agency, the day's trading saw the index largely in negative territory, reaching a low of 1,235.76 points and a high of 1,248.40 points. Throughout the day, 198 securities recorded gains, while 269 declined, and 172 remained unchanged.
