According to Thai News Agency, social media has presented a message with content regarding flight TG401 on February 16, 2025, departing from Bangkok to Singapore, having to return to Suvarnabhumi Airport due to a broken plane window. Thai Airways International Public Company Limited would like to inform that flight TG401 on 16 February 2025, Bangkok - Singapore route, departed from Bangkok at 19.00 hrs. The pilot found that the glass in the left rear cockpit had a crack on the outermost layer of three layers, so he decided to return to Suvarnabhumi Airport.

The company changed to a new aircraft and departed as flight TG401D on 17 February 2025, Bangkok - Singapore route, departing from Bangkok at 09.00 hrs. and arriving in Singapore at 12.25 hrs. (local time).
