Bangkok: Supamas Isaraphakdi, Minister to the Prime Minister's Office, has directed the Public Relations Department to communicate the Royal Cremation Ceremony of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit, the Queen Mother, with the utmost honor.
According to Thai News Agency, Ms. Supamas held discussions with Ms. Sudruthai Lertkasem, Director General of the Public Relations Department, and her team. This meeting followed her appointment to a key position on the organizing committee for the Royal Cremation Ceremony, ensuring that the event is conducted smoothly and with due respect.
By the Prime Minister's Office Order No. 373/2025, Ms. Supamas has been appointed as a member of the Executive Committee for the Royal Cremation Ceremony. Additionally, Order No. 8/2025 of the Executive Committee appoints her as Chairman of the Public Relations Committee, while Order No. 1/2025 of the Royal Cremation Ceremony Organizing Committee names her as Vice Chairman of the Ceremony Organizing Committee.
Ms. Supamas expressed that participating in this significant royal ceremony is the greatest honor of her life. She emphasized the importance of carrying out this mission with meticulous care to honor and express the utmost loyalty to Her Majesty Queen Sirikit, the Queen Mother. "The Public Relations Department has been tasked with preparing a public relations plan, including the implementation of the Royal Cremation Ceremony for Her Majesty Queen Sirikit, the Queen Mother. We will coordinate with all agencies to ensure that the event is conducted smoothly, in accordance with Her Majesty's honor, and reflects the love and devotion of the Thai people to Her Majesty," said Ms. Supamas.
