Bangkok: 'ROYAL JAZZ FOR THE CHAIPATTANA FOUNDATION' is a grand musical event held to honor the 70th birthday of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn. The performance celebrates the legacy of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej the Great through royal compositions, performed by renowned artists.
According to Thai News Agency, the event was organized by Sirivadhanabhakdi Foundation, Thai Beverage Public Company Limited, and a network of partners, including Thai Group Holdings Public Company Limited, Asset World Corp Public Company Limited, and others. The musical performance, held at One Bangkok Forum, featured artists such as Nop Porchamani, Ben Chalatit, and Lydia Saranrat, among others, who performed the royal compositions.
Mr. Thapana Sirivadhanabhakdi, CEO of Thai Beverage Public Company Limited, chaired the event, emphasizing the importance of the Chaipattana Foundation, established by King Bhumibol Adulyadej. The foundation aims to improve the quality of life for Thai people, promote self-sufficiency, and support public health, education, and disaster rehabilitation.
The event featured not only music but also exhibitions honoring Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn's contributions and the history of the Chaipattana Foundation. The exhibitions included art displays and a shop selling products from the foundation. The income from the event, held over two days for students and the general public, will be donated to the Chaipattana Foundation to support its initiatives.
