Prime Minister Urges Participation in “Half-Half Plus” Scheme as Phase 2 Begins

Bangkok: The Prime Minister has called on citizens to take advantage of their rights under the “Half-Half Plus” scheme on its inaugural day, emphasizing the inclusivity of Phase 2.

According to Thai News Agency, Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Anutin Charnvirakul encouraged public participation in the “Half-Half Plus” program, designed to boost the economy and generate widespread income. The program is set to continue for two months, with assurances that Phase 2 is already in progress.

The government is committed to ensuring that all individuals, including vulnerable groups and the elderly without access to mobile technology, can equally benefit from the scheme, supporting the principle of sustainability. Legal compliance is stressed, with rights usage forbidden from being exchanged for cash, as such actions could disrupt the project and necessitate investigations.

The government’s goal is to guarantee full exercise of rights by all citizens, fostering equal opportunities and income generation. Citizens are cautioned against exploiting the system to maintain a smooth implementation of the next phase of the Half-Half Plus project.
