According to Thai News Agency, Prime Minister Ms. Paethongtarn Shinawatra arrived at Government House at 09.15 a.m. for a significant day of diplomatic engagements. Before her arrival, Mr. Maris Sengiampong, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, was already present, anticipating discussions on the Thai-Cambodian border situation. This meeting is expected to address the recent actions by Samdech Hun Sen, who held a live press conference today concerning his involvement in domestic political matters, and to determine an appropriate response level.

Later today, at 4:00 p.m., the Prime Minister is scheduled to have a telephone conversation with Mr. Emanuele L. Macron, the President of the French Republic. This discussion is anticipated to revolve around the Thai-Cambodian border issue. Recently, Mr. Hun Manet, the Prime Minister of Cambodia, met with Mr. Macron, seeking France's assistance in facilitating documents to resolve the dispute. Mr. Macron expressed his willingness to aid in the facilitation process.

In the morning, Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Pichai Chunhavajira, along with Team Thailand, met with the Prime Minister. The meeting focused on reporting and summarizing Thailand's measures in preparation for upcoming negotiations with the United States concerning tariffs and trade barriers scheduled for next week.
