Bangkok: The Phra Khanong Criminal Court has granted temporary release to Mr. Thanat, commonly known as Hi-So Luk Nut, following his arrest on drug and firearms charges. The decision came after police from the Khlong Tan Police Station presented him to the court for detention.
According to Thai News Agency, the investigators had initially filed a request for the first detention of the 33-year-old suspect. The court initially approved the detention order. However, upon a subsequent request for temporary release, the court agreed, setting bail at 100,000 baht. The accused complied by posting cash as personal security, securing his temporary freedom.
