The suspect, who is wanted by both the Don Mueang District Court and the Criminal Court, faces a total of eight arrest warrants. He was taken from Thung Song Hong Metropolitan Police Station to the Don Mueang District Court. The charges against him involve violations of the Gambling Act and providing shelter to foreigners.
During the arrest, reporters sought to question "Pa Nui" on topics such as the potential reopening of a casino and his intentions to cease operations.
