Bangkok: PTT Oil and Retail Business Public Company Limited (OR) has achieved the top rank in the retail industry group in the S and P Global Corporate Sustainability Assessment 2024 (CSA) Score for the second consecutive year. The company has also been included in 'The Sustainability Yearbook 2025', solidifying its position as a leader in global sustainability.
According to Thai News Agency, Ms. Wanwisa Suksupa-at, Manager of Sustainability Management and Quality, Safety, Health and Environment at OR, accepted a plaque and certificate of honor at the S and P Global Sustainability Yearbook 2025 Distinction Ceremony held at the Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen's Park Hotel. Ms. Wanwisa expressed that the award is a significant source of pride, highlighting OR's potential as a global sustainability leader. The achievement underscores OR's inclusion in the Dow Jones Emerging Market Index, where it received the highest score worldwide.
The Dow Jones Sustainability Index is recognized as an international benchmark for an organization's sustainable operational capabilities, enhancing confidence among investors and stakeholders in OR's efficient operations across environmental, social, governance, and economic dimensions (ESG). Notably, OR was ranked in the Top 1% of the S and P Global Corporate Sustainability Assessment 2024 (CSA) Score, outshining all other companies in the retail industry worldwide, from an assessment of over 7,690 companies across 62 groups.
