According to Thai News Agency, Ms. Nan Bunthida Somchai, MP for Ubon Ratchathani from the Bhumjaithai Party, posted a message on her personal Facebook, emphasizing the importance of national unity. She referred to Section 1 of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand, which states that Thailand is a single kingdom that cannot be divided. Amidst the current unrest along the Thai border, Ms. Nan Bunthida expressed her support for the soldiers who are dedicated to protecting the nation's sovereignty and ensuring peace for the people.
Ms. Nan Bunthida, a native of Ubon Ratchathani, highlighted her personal connection to the border region, acknowledging the commitment and resilience of Thai soldiers. She expressed warmth and pride in witnessing their strong and selfless service.
