LiVEx Welcomes REAL25 to Begin Trading on September 25th

Bangkok: The Live Exchange (LiVEx) is set to welcome Real Smart Public Company Limited (REAL25), a developer of integrated software and data technology platforms, with trading commencing on September 25, 2025. Mr. Prapan Charoenprawat, Manager of LiVEx, announced that REAL25 will be listed and begin trading under the ticker symbol "REAL25." The company has been prepared by LiVEPlatform to enhance the potential and readiness of entrepreneurs.

According to Thai News Agency, REAL25 operates a business focused on software and platform development powered by Artificial Intelligence (AI). The company holds licenses for 14 software innovations, including Big Data Analytics, Strategic AI, Machine Learning Automation, and consumer behavior analysis. Key products include Real Vision, an AI data platform for large businesses; Real Listening, a real-time social media data analysis software; and RealSmart+, an application for accessing consumer insights. The primary clientele consists of large organizations seeking to utilize AI and Big Data technologies to improve efficiency and strategic decision-making.

REAL25 has a paid-up capital of 34.18 million baht, with a par value of 1.00 baht per share, comprising 32.47 million existing common shares and 1.71 million newly issued common shares. The initial public offering (IPO) will be offered to investors as specified by the SEC at a price of 21.13 baht per share, totaling 36.12 million baht, and a market capitalization of 722.17 million baht at the IPO price. CGS International Securities (Thailand) Co., Ltd. will act as the underwriter for the newly issued shares.

Post-IPO, the major shareholders of REAL25 will be Mr. Phukit Disatharanon with 43.32% of shares, Mr. Ukrit Tangsuepkul with 20.98%, and Mr. Rungroj Chokngamwong with 15.96%. The company maintains a dividend policy to pay shareholders no less than 30% of net profit after legal and regulatory deductions.
