Legend Fighting Championships 2025 Set to Boost Thai Economy with Muay Thai Showcase

Hua hin: "View Yaowapha" has partnered with "The Legend Arena" and "Blueport Hua Hin" to host the international Muay Thai competition, LEGEND FIGHTING CHAMPIONSHIPS 2025.

According to Thai News Agency, former Olympic bronze medalist Yaowapa Burapolchai announced her collaboration with the Sports Authority of Thailand, The Legend Arena, and Bluport Hua Hin shopping center to organize the event. Dubbed "Muay Thai Builds the Nation," the competition aims to elevate Muay Thai's status on the global stage while promoting Hua Hin as a "Sports Tourism" hub, highlighting its sporting, artistic, and cultural significance within Thailand.

The event, scheduled for October 25, 2025, at the Hua Hin Convention Center, Bluport Hua Hin Shopping Center, will feature a series of matches between Thai and international fighters. The competition will showcase traditional Muay Thai styles combined with modern elements, with teams vying for the honorary "Muay Thai Builds the Nation" trophy.

The event will include seven high-stakes matches. The line-up is as follows: Match 1 features Akram Ouchibi from Morocco against Thailand's Petchsairung Sor.Dechdamrong in the 56.7 kg category. Match 2 will see Ye Yint Nung from Myanmar face off against Thailand's Sakdetphet P.Praphatlookphoto in the 61 kg category. The third match, a women's bout at 53 kg, will feature Negin Afshin Shahinfar from Iran against Hongpirun Kor.Prasertgym from Thailand.

In Match 4, Akdahe Boujamaa of Morocco will compete against Thailand's Nichar Sor.Pianthong in the 58 kg category. Match 5 involves Othmane Irhouza from Morocco taking on Udomlek Nu Pranburi from Thailand at 59 kg. The sixth match pits Shokhzod Zafar Ugli Azamatov from Uzbekistan against Ratchanon Ek Muang Non from Thailand in the 63.5 kg category. The final bout, Match 7, will have Younes Rhali from Morocco battling Wanmeechai Por.Sornsingh from Thailand in the 64 kg category.
